Indian Head Massage- this ancient form of massage focuses on the arms, back, neck and scalp.

The Bowen Technique- this involves rolling type movements over the soft tissue. It is especially effective for muscular skeletal problems but is also a general wellbeing treatment. It has proved very effective with conditions such as back pain, golfer's/ tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, knee, ankle and other joint problems, sports injuries and strains.
